A commercial-interior studio with 8+ years of practice (hotels, offices, retail, F&B across 5 countries) needed a portfolio site for cold B2B leads — hotel operators, developers, retail chains. The deadline was tight.
Second requirement: after handover, the client had to be independent of the developer — able to add new projects, edit titles, areas and descriptions and upload fresh renders directly through the admin panel.
Single-page landing with 5 blocks: hero, grid of selected projects (mall, hotel, office, residential, lobby), team, services in 4 stages (concept → 3D viz → working docs → author supervision), contacts. Restrained black-and-white palette, typography tuned to the studio brand.
Auth-protected back office. The client adds and edits cases (title, year, area, location, cover image), rewrites section headings and descriptions, manages the team and contacts. No HTML, no developer, no friction.
Language switcher in the header, all static blocks translated, localised fields in the CMS — the client adds cases in both languages at once. Ready for EU, MENA and UK markets.
Brief in the morning, live in the evening. No "back tomorrow", no month-long sprints. The pace a studio needs when a hot lead is waiting on a link today, not in three weeks.
